2. Will they allow some of the audio that we have heard

the audio when they were making fun of how they were bilking us and some of the ugly things they were saying and laughing about? It was pure evil, IMHO.

3. that's the usual white-collar defense...

white collar crimes are not really crimes, just slip-ups. After all, nobody got hurt (or did they?) Never mind that the amounts lost from white collar crime are in the billions every year and the physical/psychological tolls are great.

4. The difference is telling

The difference between rich and poor. A poor fellow steals a few tens of dollars and has the book thrown at them with an overworked, possibly uninterested, potentially inexperienced lawyer who hasn't got time to more than just learn the defendant's name to provide a defense... Hasn't got much of a chance and will be punished severely. The wealthy, white-collar steals fully millions of times more... and probably won't even see jail time (not even waiting for trail since they can afford bail). We all know this; we just don't do anything about it... I suppose--what can we do?
