8. Jealous cuz I gotta work. I had asked for the day off

months ago. Me months ago, 'I need whatever day the Hawks play their bowl game off.' My boss Saturday, 'Jerry will come in right after the Hawk game is over.' Gee thanks a lot. I will be recording it, but it is about a 50/50 chance that some fool will spill the beans, even with a sign telling people not to talk about the game.

Anyway. GO HAWKS!

I'll edit out the commercials & burn it to DVD, I just got it, I'm in the process of transferring the last few games to it from tape so I can burn them too.

I got up at 6 and got here by 8, anxious to start a new year, and then realized that today is officially a holiday at my university. I checked the holiday schedule last week, but looked at 2005 by mistake...oops, it's 2006.
