1. Oh. I love James Blunt. He served in the British Service in Kosovo and
wrote "No Bravery" using his time in the "peacekeeping" mission as the inspiration.

All of his music is really great.

5. Thanks! I enjoyed learning more about him. I am also a big fan
of Damien Rice.

If you like James Blunt and Damien Rice, I would like to suggest an American artist named Angie Aparo. Angie is from Atlanta, GA and I am a huge fan of his since I heard him open in a little bar back in 1997. I particularly love his acoustic work. He has not reached the level of fame that James and Damien have, but he did have a contract with Arista when Clive Davis was there, but he is back to just being independent now. His biggest claim to fame is that Faith Hill recorded one of his songs and had a pretty big hit with it. He wrote the song, "Cry."

I think you will like both of them a lot.

I am really stuck on James as well. Incredible!

13. I saw this the other evening. It's part of the Huffington competition.
I could not believe my eyes. Perhaps the flash is the thing to touch the conscience of the king.

Ummm, on the other hand, considering our king has no conscience, maybe not. :(

15. Stunning work... WTF are we still doing over there???
Some obstacle some objective... that keeps getting set further and further back to the point where we no there is no attaining it. Saving face, force projection and oil mean more to moderates and repugs than the hearts and minds of those that would grow to do us harm. The lack of compassion and empathy for what we are going to make the Iraqis suffer through let alone what they have suffered through because of unfounded lies compounded with fear is disgusting. I will not hang with the likes of them! I will not endorse and or enable an illegal occupation and an entire war that is a crime within itself by standing by and bleeting out the same old used up neoconning BS messages of pottery barn rules, allegations of cowardice and the like.

18. also,
just read through the thread. I wasnt aware that the OP is the
person who made this flash. Just want to thank you, so much! This is really beautifully made. You really touched my heart with this one. Ive had it on replay...now just listening to the music for over an hour. I sent it along to all of my contacts, even my republican family members, and posted it to some other groups I belong to.
Thanks again!
