If all the preaching about Iraqi sovereignty and the establishment of an independent Iraqi judiciary were to be believed, turning over Saddam would have been an understandable yet regrettable course of action. The fairness of the trial not withstanding.

Still Condi should have known better than to acquiesce to such a foolish course of action. Nice shoes though.
