Saddam can be tried in absentia for the other crimes he has committed
Whether the BFEE likes it or not, Saddam CAN be tried for the other crimes that he has committed, a trial in absentia can be done. This was done for Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi. We have to work hard to see it happen.

No will he there to expose the involvements of his previous backers that are now standing in his judgement.
