4. Do the police have the capacity to arrest people without them

breaking the law? I have seen some weird stuff lately. This just is being lumped into that pile. What is the law these days. Cindy is very tired and has had no sleep so she just went to bed.They had to pay a 600 dollar fine ,not sure if that was each or for all of them but she said if anyone wants to help they can donate to the gold star families for peace.
As soon as she gets some sleep I will find out what happens next.

Every little bit helps!!!!It is the least we can do to support these people.
I live in a little town in Az and there are people downtown walking around the square right now carrying IMPEACH BUSH signs.It is cold and snowy and dark and yet they are there.
If you are like me and cant protest we can help with a few dollars so these people can afford to pay these damn fines.
