So...Did Bush wait to reveal his new "stratergy" so it would be AFTER the hanging?
Nothing like a good old fashioned hangin' to start off a policy speech, rally the masses, and prop up the ratings a bit, dontcha think?

Yep, it just occured to me today what he's been waiting for.
