Who was clumsier, ford or bush?
Edited on Thu Dec-28-06 10:11 AM by Philosoraptor
It's a toss up huh? We associate them both with klutziness, maybe bush even more. All I remember about ford was an occassional trip or head bump, bush has had several helicopter head bumps, numerous disastrous encounters with wheeled devices, and quite a few flat out full on face falls.

Not to mention political clumsiness, don't get me started.

1. Ford was a college athlete, but couldn't handle stairways
or tee shots. *, otoh, can't seem to stay on any two wheeled vehicle. and possibly some with three or more. I think this one goes to Bush.

Chevy Chase did more to embellish the Ford Follies than was really there as well.

3. Bush. But you didn't get labeled an "America-hating terrorist enabler"
if you made fun of Ford.

4. Bush, definitely.

Ford stumbled a couple of times in public and it got to be a big joke on SNL, but he really wasn't especially klutzy. Bush, on the other hand, has choked on a pretzel, stumbled getting out of his helicopter, fallen off his bicycle, run over a Scottish policeman on his bicycle, and to top it all, fell off a Segway. Those are just the incidents we know about. And Ford, as far as we know, wasn't drunk when he fell down the stairs on AF1. Bush...?

5. I don't think Ford's mishaps
were alcohol related.

6. I'm sorry, but this comparison of Ford to Bush isn't funny.
