Santa just stopped by our house, my daughter heard him!
She was laying in bed with the wife and there were bells outside, a big ho-ho-ho, and a thump on the roof.

Her and the wife came down to see, and there was a present from Santa with a note on it, partially chewed by a reindeer (paper - yech! still trying to get the taste out of my mouth, the cookies helped though!)

She went outside to look for him, but the sleigh was already gone.

Merry Christmas GD'ers and all DU'ers!

Daddy is gonna sit back and relax for a bit....

2. Hehe.. my oldest still insists he saw Santa at our house
when he was 5. To be honest I'm looking foward to the time when they stop believing so they'll stop saying "Santa brought us better stuff than you dad".

Our five year old is just starting to figure out what Santa is all about! I guess living in the sticks the young'uns grow up later!

6. Not yet. Norad says Santa's in North Carolina right now.
He's on his way up to Ohio, though.

10. ahhhhhhhhhh how wonderful...i sure miss those days!!! ..and
we used to put carrots and celery out for the reindeer...and let me tell you..it was tough on the teeth chewing and leaving scraps with frozen carrots!!

and with a very high roof ..it was a good thing my hubby had a good arm..as i would make him throw a strap of jingle bells on the roof!!

with an only child ..my son faked it till age 14 and it wasn't until college that he told us he laid on the landing up stairs and watched us put the computer and bikes and all the goodies under the tree every year for 6 years!!

he said he didn't want to ruin it for us!!

ahhhhhhhhhh..i can not wait for grandchildren ..

i do the carrot and celery with all my friends children..and we sing carols while doing it...

the wonder of children...and the joy of them.........

lucky daddy and mommy!!

and a MERRY MERRY MORNING YOU WILL HAVE!!

ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!

Merry Christmas everyone..and thank you for the memories!!
