7. People with bad teeth

This is a casual observation, but it has always seemed to me that people with bad teeth (who otherwise care about the impression they make) simply don't see themselves when they look in the mirror. They see only what they want to see and have blinders on to all else.

11. I have bad teeth

It's a side effect of a very powerful arthritis medication I take- my teeth are literally coming out in chunks, and there's nothing I can do about it. I DO know what it looks like, but I simply don't have the money to do anything about it.

There isn't always a neat answer or a simple solution.
