Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton.
Isn't that a wee bit troublesome? Do we really want the Presidency swapped between two families for 28 years? If Hillary is elected (presumably re-elected) that's how long the Presidency will have been sewed up by these two families.

I'm particularly interested to know how folks who support Hillary respond. Does this trouble you at all? If not, why not?

1. It's only troublesome if it doesn't reflect legitimate elections.
If they are democratically elected, then there is little cause to be troubled.

7. That's not entirely true.
Hillary is sucking up the media vaccum, leaving little room for other ideas.

Part of having democratic elections is the ability of the people to determine the best choice based on information provided to them.

If all they get to hear about 24x7 is ONE person's ideas, goals, background, history, electability, etc., how can they possibly make an informed decision about who would best respresent them?

Keep in mind that many people either don't have time to go searching for real news online and/or they still trust the corporate media.

8. That's not relevant to whether it's a Bush or Clinton.
It would be the case with any high profile potential candidate.

2.  Bad government, good government, bad government. It's time for
America to have good government again by the best qualified administrator.

That's my bottom line.

5. I agree. By the best qualified administrator- preferably one with moral clarity on Iraq
and one who understands that the MOST IMPORTANT SECURITY ISSUE facing US ALL in this century won't be addressed by pandering to neo-cons and petroleum industry shills.

4. the BUSH ________ BUSH _______ part of it is troubling.
the ________Clinton________ part is not.
and if it turns out to be ________Clinton________Clinton. I dont know what the problem would be.

each should be judged on their own merits. Old Bush was pretty bad, Clinton was decent. W is a nightmare. Hillary would be decent I expect.

If it wasnt for the horror of Bush/Bush you wouldnt be worried about it.

6. I support Hillary and it doesn't trouble me at all.....
I believe she is very well qualified to run the country. What troubles me is we have had 43 presidents since 1789 and not one has been female.

14. I agree with that and I don't have a problem with HC being prez
"IF" the people vote for her.

I support Democracy and the will of the majority of the People.

I would love to see a female President before I die. I say that because I thought it would have already happened.

I like HC. I love Bill. I have no problem with the possibilty of both serving as president.

I WILL support and vote for which ever Democrat is nominated as I have since 1972.

11. It troubled me more when it was idiot son running for office.
The truth is that the Clinton's aren't the problem. It's the Bush's, they've always been the problem. Hillary will be a good leader for the country.
