In other words, you can take your oath on the Bible, on the Quran, on the Torah, on any religious book, or no book at all if you want to.

It seems as though 30% of the population has forgotten that.

I posted that on another website this afternoon.....the problem is, the republicans who rant and rave the most have never read the constitution. They don't know what is in it. What they spew is the crap that someone on Fox or rush or one of the right wing nutso sites tell thems. It is a shame that republicans never read the constitution.
