I would think initially that this was sarcasm but I know the person who wrote it and he is a right wing nut.

I guess there is one noteworthy news item worth mentioning however - my source, who refuses to name himself, did confirm this morning the Bush's top secret Weather Modification Directive (WMD) program was a complete success in blowing the Hurricane Predictor's forecasts for this last season clean out of the water.
Bush was reportedly quoted as saying "Trump this, Al, and your Global Warming shit." Insiders within the administration's tight knit circle also feel confident that Bush's WMD initiative has finally shut down Gore's annoying rhetoric and virtually eliminated any hope of a future presidential bid.
