We have lost the judicial branch for many many years.

SCOTUS betrayed democracy and appointed the Bushtard junta.

This is anger over losing our democracy and acknowledging that the constitution is just paper.

It is NOT mere melodrama -that is insulting in real terms.

It is NOT defeatists -that implies things just need adjusting.
