Two new House members being sworn in today
After special elections. CSPAN announcer just said

One is Democrat Albio Sires who replaces Menendez. The other is Repuke Shelley Sekula-Gibbs, who has Delay's seat for the lame-duck session, whereas Nick Lampson takes over in the new Congress

She'll only be there a few days since they recess prior to January 3.
