I’ll be posting updates here through out the day….

– C-Span has a scrolling vote count here - Senate Vote: Samuel Alito Confirmation.

– John Kerry is due on the Senate Floor at approximately 12:30 est. - tune in C-Span2.

– Ted Kennedy gave an awesome floor speech a while ago, the text is available here.

3. She was really clear and to the point
She followed up on what Kennedy set-out.

Notice the Repubs don't use their time and when they are speaking it is with a mono-tone. What's the deal? Or is it a done deal?
