3. These will be precedent-setting decisions.
The last thing I want is for bona fide terrorists to receive a "get out of jail free" card, but we are a nation of laws.

Of course, bush has lived his entire life as if he were above the law, and so he has no concept of what our country's justice system is based on.

4. I saw him on another show last week and he said this...
It doesn't just violate Federal Law- it violates the US Constitution. It's a felony and grounds for impeachment.
