What does mean for New Orleans and the Gulf Coast? Can a revived
and (truly) caring government get down there and help our people seriously make a comeback?
Katrina brought me to DU (thank you, Rex), so I would love to know what you think -
OH MAN, does this spell "trouble" for FEMA and its perpetually lost ice trucks??? Will these dominos be falling on Chertoff's noggin' anytime soon??

1. I thought of that too. And I think FEMA can be salvaged now as well

was it-the Big Guy Upstairs had it with this crew after he saw His children floating in the streets-nothing they did after that, could they do right.
