Is Cheney next?
Rummy was a liability in an investigation. Considering what we've seen CorpGovActivist and IdesOfOctober post here, it looks like Cheney is too. "No impeachment" != "no investigation;" will they dump this liability after he ran his mouth about not responding to subpoenas?

I'd post a poll, but they're restricted just now.

1. Maybe this is what Dems meant by "no impeachment"
they're just going to say resign and we won't investigate.

3. I heard the bush say that
both Rumsfield and Cheney were doing a heck of a job and he wouldn't fire either one of them. Does he know the VP is an elected office and he can't fire him? Maybe he'll announce he will fire Cheney next, that would be delicious.

4. Yes, only he'll resign in scandal, Dave's been talking about it...
and this scandal has been long brewing. He's going down.

Rove will also be out, because he knew about Foley last year.

5. These guys know they're done.
Since they have no desire for public service but only want to serve themselves it wouldn't be too surprising to see them all quitting. They've got their's and all that's left for them is to answer a bunch of questions they don't want to answer.

6. No.
But, I wonder which "rat" will jump (or be pushed from the) ship next. Chertoff perhaps?

9. NPR analyst said investigating war profiteering
(i.e: Halliburton, KBR, etc..) would be 1st item Dems will investigate.
It would be prudent for the GOP to disown Cheney and distance him, especially with his involvement with Plamegate, war lies, etc....
