18 more precincts to go in Richmond....72% for Webb.

10 more precincts in Norfolk....64% Webb.

5 more in Newport News....55.61% Webb.

1 more in Fairfax....56% Webb.

4 in Petersburg.....79.5% Webb.

20 more in Loudoun....50.92% Webb.

11. 5% of 2 million = 100,000 more votes to be counted

If those are in heavy Webb areas and he gets 60% then that would be enough to beat allen by about 10,000 votes.

Man is this close!

On edit: Not to mention these are heavily populated precincts so it could be closer to 150,000 votes to be counted.
