Have we tried to influence Byrd by influencing Rockefeller?
It's worth a try, isn't it? Try to get Rockefeller on board (he certainly understands the whole NSA thing better than most there) and have him talk to Byrd?

Worth a shot, isn't it?

4. yes sydnie,,while the problems haven't gone away I do
feel better anyway my beef with alito is..
1. he was not forthcoming with his testimony,the threat of subpeona's was mentioned
2. he supports the strip searching of 10 year old girls,I have 2 young nieces
3. he supports sodomizing mentally challenged individuals,makes them prove the workplace is hostile..

I will pass these reasons on to rockefeller
