When are we going to know the names of those who were illegally wiretapped
We all know that if there are any of Bush's political enemies on the list, that Bush is toast because it's Watergate cubed. But, what if names crop up which we would agree with? Remember Sibel Edmonds said that our intelligence agency routinely protects certain quasi allies? What if the FISA court was not allowing wiretaps for those protected people, and Bush overrode the court to find out if they were involved in 9/11? Is there even a shred of possibility for this scenario?

I'd say they went after some terrorist suspects AND their political enemies - remember, those neocon bastards never, EVER do the right thing....it is all about them, NOT America

2. It doesn't matter how many "real" terrorist suspects are on the list.
If he has just one high-profiled Dem on the list, he's toast.

3. it's a no-brainer
do you think they'd resist the temptation? They didn't HAVE to resist the temptation - as usual, they just did what they wanted - of course high-profile Dems are on the list - the surest bet is all Democratic contenders for presidemt.

4. Do you suppose that our Democratic contenders have figured out
that a FOIA request is in order right about now? This kind of information better come out in days and not weeks because it's a slam dunk for Impeachment and anyone withholding the information can be accused of obstructing justice.

6. it's tough
if this was a Democratic president his head would have already been on a stick. Dems have to overcome their second-class citizenship in our government, a corporate media and, yes, their own spinelessness.

Hell.

Though if there's a buck to make, I'll hold out hope.
