And his work may not have been high profile but, in his leadership position over the biggest association of evangelical ministers (NAE) and as head pastor of a 14,000-strong group of right wing fundies, you can bet he's been very political.

I know he's hypocritical on the gay marriage thing but I don't remember seeing him yammer on against Liberals on any cable shows like Fallwell, Dobson, Robertson etc.
