Cheney photoshop requests

Since I know nothing about using photoshop, I wondered if someone could take some screenshots from a couple movies and put Cheney's face in.

First, from the Stephen King movie IT, put Cheney's face on Pennywise while he's saying "Be afraid! You ALLLLLL taste so much BETTER when you're afraid!"

Second, in the part of Austin Powers 2 where Dr. Evil is on Jerry Springer and he's holding a globe shouting "The world is mine! The world is mine!" You guessed it, put Cheney's face on it.

If anyone could do these, they would be much appreciated.
