1. Follow the Iraqi law on the subject.
He's their criminal. It's really none of our business, except for the fact that republicans don't fucking realize that.

2. pardon him for being a good bush stoogie
Then he can play in celibrity and charity golf tournaments and help
raise funds for the kiddies. The war criminal state that impugns him
is itself now guilty of 100 times his apparent crimes. What a joke
it has become.

3. Put him back in charge of the joint, with a supervisor to keep him in line
and help him to do the gradual transition to democracy. It's the only solution that will keep Iraq intact and allow us to bring the bulk of our forces home.

Hey, he has experience being the Head Bastard in Charge. And our little experiment in democracy wasn't uniformly well-received, appearing to be in actual fact a permission slip to revert to historic tribal and sectarian allegiances.

The best hope for Iraq is the Turkish Attaturk model, the unsavoriness of defacto military dictatorship aside, and that's a home-grown commodity.

4. Let him loose
Things were better in Iraq under Saddam than under Haliburton
