A question about military commissions

If we are using military commissions to try people, and Bush is the Commander in Chief, wouldn't that make him in a way a kind one man Supreme Court?

1. More than that - as you don't go to trial until he says so - so you're jailed forever.

We now have a dictatorship - unless the USSC throws the MCA out as unconstitutional.

And the right wing USSC judges - like the Nazi's - are into the law and order that comes from a "strong" executive.
