I can feel it in me bones. Wednesday is talking point day, after all. I see the Repugs smearing hard the next 2 weeks, Nationwide.

We as Dems need to fight every smear, every localized talking point nationwide. LTE, E-mail, snail mail if you have to.

It may just be an easy fight at this point, but if we fight harder than ever, we can win!

I've waited more than 10 years for this. It is our time!

These crooks aren't going to go without a helluva fight, and they're going to take down as many as they can with them. A lot of them are facing the end of their political careers and all that lovely, lovely power, but a startling number of them are facing the end of their time as free men and women, and prison looms darkly in their future. They are well aware of their crimes, and their only hope for staving off judgment day is to cling to power at all costs.

It's not going to be a joyous job, but one that's absolutely necessary if we're to retrieve our country from the very precipice of a dictatorship. If we don't take control of at least one house of Congress, we're cooked.

Its one thing to be nasty against a presidential candidate, but there are hundreds of people up for election this time.

4. Meltdown....

My conservative, although progressive, hubby was talking with his wing nut brother. He nearly went into meltdown when hubby mildly disagreed with the direction the war was going. He screamed "I can't believe you are my brother!!!" These guys who listen to Limbaugh and faux are so into the kool aid they are almost certifiable. Many in the GOP leadership believe their own spin. We are going to see some major temper tantrums..."big time". There is no way this won't get ugly.

5. What the right said about Max Cleland was that he lost

because of that comparison between him and Bin Laden. That ad came out only a couple of days before the election. I think his defeat was election fraud, but I digress. We're in for a dose of that again, and we should dish out a dose of reality in rebuttal. Even better, they should be rebutting us, as they have been for weeks now! It is really in the hands of the American media, so we need to LTE etc as much as possible. I have reminded all of my local media outlets how they have lacked real reporting on the issues, and that is what we need to remind them of NOW.

Truth, more often than not, will always eventually win, and I truly believe that. Truth is on our side, not "faith".

The polls are in our favor, lets find those voters and turn out that vote!
