Christian Newswire: Ex-Congressman Foley Needs Sexual Reorientation, Not Alcohol Rehab!

Contact: Regina Griggs, 703-360-2225, [email protected]

WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 /Christian Newswire/ -- In response to national exposure of his sexually explicit emails to teenage boys, former Congressman Mark Foley announced that he is “gay,” was molested by an older man as a teenager, and has entered an alcohol rehabilitation facility.

The Log Cabin Republicans, a homosexual Republican group, and the Human Rights Campaign, a gay activist group, publicly endorsed Foley’s voting record and candidacy.

“Both groups oppose the message of hope for overcoming unwanted same-sex attractions by denying the facts that ex-gays do exist and that change is possible. We want Mr. Foley to know that help is available, since he will not hear it from anyone in his circles,” said Regina Griggs, executive director of Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays & Gays (PFOX).

2. Oh good grief?!
And here we have it: it's not about the improper actions he took, but the fact he is gay! :puke:

As for "ex-gays," they are easy to spot, they are usually the ones that have a faint scent of the local park!

4. And another den of denial is heard from....

on the same day as Limbaugh's shameful denial of the reality of Parkinsons.

Maybe, just maybe, the common sense backlash in November will quiet this goofy bunch for awhile.

9. It's so easy to come up with the answer for everything
when one is out of their ever-lovin' mind.

But really, this COULD be "the way" for Flirty Foley to revive his career.

"I....have....SINNED!"

I would say they'd eat it up except for his being a big reason the R's are in deep shit this election.

12. A lot of men made big $$$ repenting for being Nixonites.

Guess we might as well be ready for that part of the American way.
