He is clearly uncomfortable with the question about weather he knew 9/11 was coming as Howard Dean had pointed out.

In communications courses in collage they say nonverbal communication is 80% of all communications. Judge for yourself. Was he lying or telling the truth?

While you are their, check out some of the other videos next to that one. They are ALL AWESOME!

109. The Character Of President "Lips "
Some excellent character assessments on display in this thread. This man is indeed a sociopath. He has no remorse and no regrets. He simply uses people to get what he thinks he wants. The big catch in all of this is that, because he cannot honestly feel anything, he can never honestly feel satisfied once he's achieved his goal. I honestly believe that this reprehensible human being is a total basket-case and that he was made such by being raised in a family that could only kindly be described as "dysfunctional to the extreme".

As far as the events at the schoolhouse on 9-11 are concerned, nobody has asked the obvious question as to why the school wasn't evacuated immediately upon the news that "terrorists" were flying commercial jets into strategic targets? His intinerary is (or at least was back then) available on the internet. How did the Secret Service know that there wasn't a passenger liner bearing down on them that very minute? Wouldn't taking out the President of the United States, along with countless children, be considered a worthy and most satisfying target by the ruthless Al Qaeda terrorists? Why were they allowed to just linger there like sitting ducks, as it were? Why wasn't the whole school cleared post-haste? If I had been an SS agent on the scene that day that's what I would have insisted upon. How about you?

caught. These criminals have done treasonous acts, and treason is not a brief stint in club-fed. The man has no conscience. You can thank Babs for that!! His absentee father probably didn't help.

79. I don't know
I'm still unconvinced that he knew at the time (likely, he knew after the fact). Now, many around him, including Cheney, knew without a doubt but I have often thought that Bush was just uninterested in such things and it would behoove those who wished to have their new Pearl Harbor to keep him in the dark. He is a stupid man, after all, prone to inadvertant malapropisms of truth. Not someone you would want in the loop. Also, while the neocons have populated his administration, Bush himself has no particular ideology above and beyond what he learned as a silverspoon sociopath.

wouldn't you think the Commander in Chief would have a response? At least a few questions? Something???

Nope. Card walked away without getting a reply from Bush; Bush sat there without offering any response at all. Part of the plan.

Ladies, just think of how you would perceive your husband's innocence or guilt if he acted as unconvincing as Bush did. He did not know what to say, was afraid of digging himself into a deeper whole, and decided at the end to just be dismissive.

what a great, concise indictment of the criminal negligence, at the VERY least of this evil regime.

what's the deal with this video? has it been shown here very often? in what time frame?

pretty damning stuff.....not that it's new, but the way it's constructed, especially with the dated news clips, (and the furious Bob Kerrey clip) etc., just makes one wonder how all that stuff got swept under the rug so easily

The "9/11 Press for Truth" movie is really good. You can find it on Google Video. I can't wait until we can nail these bastards. Great that relevant information had to be kept secret because of the elections duh...

Also one of the most important things mentioned in this video was that despite all the warnings they got, and now we know that they got warned numerous times, they did nothing after the first plane crashed into the WTC. They had their briefings, memos and their warnings and they did nothing to stop the second plane.
That is criminal and I wished it would be used more against them.

I was never someone who totally believed that they had a part in it. But thinking about it, if they knew something big happened that they didn't want to stop, can you think of a better way to get an alibi than letting a camera crew filming you the whole time? I can't and sitting like a complete idiot for 7 minutes suddenly makes sense.
That way, no one asks why Bush didn't do anything that day, why he didn't approve air support or something like that. Because everybody knows that he was in a little school that day and not working behind his desk giving the crucial orders to intercept the missing and hijacked planes.

Edited on Tue Oct-24-06 02:19 AM by petgoat
up and go find out what was going on. When he found out what was going on
the obvious question to ask was: "Is there fighter cover over DC?" But W
couldn't do that because flight 77 was behind schedule. If at 9:10 he had
asked about fighter cover, the fighters could have stopped flight 77 before
it hit the Pentagon.

Because he didn't say the magic words, the fighters weren't launched until
9:24, and when they were they flew straight out to sea.

But Cheney knew flight 77 was coming. According to Norm Mineta, Cheney was
in the WH bunker about 9:24, conversing with a young man about a plane that
was "50 miles out... 30 miles out.... 10 miles out...." Mineta inferred
that they were discussing a shootdown order.

hijackings it was dealing with. At some point they thought there might
be as many as 11.

The school was almost directly in line with the runways of the Sarasota
airport just a couple of miles away. Its location was clearly marked by
landmarks such as ponds, a railroad, a major E-W road, a country club,
and a subdivision with a peculiar tennis-racket street plan.

70. and what about those reports of Middle Easterners trying to get access...
....to Bush that morning at the resort? What was that all about?

It's time for a new investigation, conducted by John Conyers, Barney Frank, and all the other members of the HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.

YouTube is an awesome sight and quite addicting. Go find the videos of the giant puppet girl before you leave YouTube behind. This is completely offtopic but I think everyone should see her. She is both awesome and not a little creepy.

34. In a just world, that would be enough to indict.
Did he actually deny it? Not really...if he was surprised on 9/11, I'd think a quick and emphatic "absolutely not!" would have been expected. I think anyone else who had been taken by surprise would have jumped to the defensive immediately, not stumbling around having to think about an answer.

39. I think they knew there would be hijackings.
I truly do--that was going to be the PNAC's "Pearl Harbor." But I think they're telling the truth, after a fashion, when they say they thought the hijackings would be overseas, and that they never imagined the hijackers would fly the planes into buildings. Because, you know, they're evil AND stupid.

52. That's something
He's acting almost the same way he did in front of the classroom on 9/11 - blank stare into nothing, paralyzed & unable to respond. Usually, when Bush is offended at a question, he adopts a typically aggressive stance, arms out, leaning forward, eyes glaring. But here, Bush acts totally submissive - looking downward, leaning back, won't make eye contact. The only other time I've seen Bush act so submissively was w/Gov. Blanco after Hurricane Katrina, when he stammered & couldn't even look at her. That's one weird reaction. It's almost like he disassociates briefly.

question, his whole government would go to jail. And in that clip, we can see that's exactly what he's afraid of -- the media picking up the question and taking it viral.

Watch the long pause before he sputters out 'absurd insuation'. He looks totally lost for words. Duh.
Right before he blirts them out, You can hear the s' of both words quite clearly. High frequencies found in those types of words are easier to hear.

86. He's waiting for a prompt from his earpiece
When he looks down and shakes his head, he's waiting for his cue from his earpiece. Then the line is given to him "it's an absurd insinuation" but he can't quite understand the words so he muffs it. Sometimes the prompter's vocabulary is better than Bush's so he sort of fakes it when he can't understand.

104. But, as someone else pointed out, it was supposed to be a softball.
Sammon probably expected Bush to knock that one out of the park and make it obvious that Dean was one of the lunatic fringe. Instead, Bush acted just like he'd been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

98. I did a round table of questions with Bob Kerry right before the 2004 election
at the University of Tampa..

and as a flight crew of one of the airlines involved based in NYC i asked professional questions of him..i had numerous questions i practiced prior so i could get in all my questions and not be limited to one question..i also trained my husband to ask 3 questions..all inside flight crew questions that have never been asked of the 9/11 commissioners..

i was sitting less than 5 feet from Mr Kerry..i had my flight graduation picture with me of my wing ceremony in 1970 with the founder of American Airlines at my wing ceremony...CR SMITH...i said the most important thing to CR SMITH was the safety of his crew and his passengers safety...he would not compromise either..and i said he is rolling in his grave now..of that i am sure..and then i asked my questions..

Mr Kerry refused to answer any of my questions ..nor the questions my husband asked..and my husband was angry...because Mr Kerry refused to answer any of my questions..

the room was filled with professors and PHD types..the faculty of Univ
of Tampa..and reporters..no reporter reported that Mr Kerry refused to answer any of my questions ..and when i got done there was not a dry eye in the room...
... nor were my eyes dry...

Mr Kerry looked like he was in a panic when i asked my questions..and he only stated that the commission decided not to answer any questions before the election..i said that was bullshit ..the American people had the right to know the truth..

if i were to see Mr Kerry ever again..i would spit in his face!

and i am serious about that!!

the American people had the right to the truth..we still have that right..and that obligation by those who still protect the lies of this administration!

the dead have that right as well ...and their families deserve the truth!

the gatekeepers,i believe, should also serve time in prison for covering up the failures and the lies of this administration!

they all belong in prison for life!
