14. It isn't proper etiquette

to shake a King or a Queen's hand. Sounds strange to us Americans, but Royalty just isn't used to being touched by anyone, let alone Mr. and Mrs. Dufuss (or is that Dufass?). It'd be interesting to see whether or not they finally relented and shook asshat's hand. Yet another story for them to take back to Europe about Idiot Bush and his Vacuous Trophy Wife with the Weird Face.

behind one's back when at rest, but still at attention. It's a very formal position and uncommon in the US.
