GOP look too happy (is something afoot?)
The GOP seem calm, happy, if not smug for a party that is falling apart at the seams.

What have they planned so that they will win in Nov?

3. No one looks or is happy. I have not heard word one that
anything is going their way, nor should it. Those that say everything is hunky-dory have no other recourse.
They fucked up, and hopefully will reap what they have sown.

I.E., Throw The Bums Out!

I've said this over and over, It's GAY MARRIAGE DECISION IN NJ that is
making them smug. They know gay marriage is about to get legalized in New Jersey. It will have unpredictable consequences. I think it might mobilize conservative voters, but I don't think it'll effect swing voters or independents. And at best it'll only bring conservatives back to the polls in proportion to what they were in 2004, which won't save the GOP since Dems will come out stronger than in 2004 and independents are now voting Democratic as well. But it will probably help the GOP re-secure some of its base.

12. * seems very calm and confident.
Saw him on ABC this week today. He was relaxed and confident about winning in Nov. All of this Repub. confidence does worry me.

13. Don't know who you're thinking of, but they're anything but calm and happy
here in DC, the repub congressional leadership is split between being in a funk or a panic.
