NYSCD #19 Sue Kelly downgraded by CQ !

John Hall is picking up pace and running hard. Abu Page has hit Kelly where she wasn't expecting to be hit, and her campaign is less then fluid as she has never really had a hard race to win.

Anyway, she slipped from safe to leaning. I am hoping for a few more slips before Nov.
