If you look at a number of his appearances he always has to read, I do not remember this with any other president. Although bush is not the president, maybe that is the reason ...

10. NO! Actually, few Presidents ever do. I can only remember 2

in recent years..Kennedy & Clinton, and even they had writers, but they were so personally critical, they always revoewed what the speechwriters wrote, and often completely changedit to their own liking.
