Jay Sekulow uses Phelps' picketing of vet funerals to attack ACLU

I have no link for this; I've heard it several times on his radio show broadcast on a local religious right radio station.

Sekulow is the religious right 'go to' attorney for fighting court cases when 'christianity/christians is/are being attacked.'

He emphasizes over and over that the ACLU is defending Phelps picketing of funerals. He NEVER mentions that Phelps is a virulent anti-gay minister. His discussions make it sound like the ACLU is backing groups that attack the military and veterans, implying once again that the ACLU is anti-American.
