For some jurisdictions, especially those with early voting,
*pre-election testing* may have already come and gone,
but for others it is happening *NOW... *so don't miss it!

If you want *to observe pre-election testing, please: do
check immediately* with your local elections office
(county, parish, etc.) to find out *when and where*.

This is one of the longer questionnaires, but don't be daunted -- many
of the questions are simple "yes/no" checkboxes. More than one
person can and should observe, if you want to go as a team; you'll
be able to capture more information that way.
