I mean isnt it obvious that the plane crash in New York yesterday was the doing of the Bush administartion? Lets look at the facts:

-George Steinbrenner is a Republican.

-Cory Lidle did not do so hot in his last appearance as a Yankee.

-Steinbrenner needs a way to get rid of Lidle, and help out the Republican party by scaring up the terror alert level.

-So Steinbrenner's cohorts in association with Karl Rove rig Lidle's plane up to run into the Empire State Building, it obviously missed and hit the apartment building, thus causing panic and an October surprise.

This story is sarcastic and aimed at those whose first reaction to the news yesterday was that it must have some foul play involved. I told you people you were nuts. You need to check yourselves.

It was very admirable. So why did he allow himself to be swiftboated? How did someone so promissing turn out to be such a dud in a national campaign? I guess it may not be all his fault, his campaign managers are also most likely at fault.
