| Rice: Does anyone really believe I'd ignore terror warning? |
|
Seriously - you want to answer this question - go for it! I mean we know the woman buys $400 shoes while a Category 4 hurricane slams into a populous region of the gulf coast. So have fun and answer this dimwit! http://www.rawstory.com/news/2006/Rice_Does_anyone_real...

SOP for Condi Liar Rice. Her greatest hits of non-denial denial:
- "There is no plan to invade Iraq on the President's desk" - "There was no silver bullet that could have prevented 9/11" - The Clinton administration did not leave a plan for dealing with terrorism, they left "a list of ideas" and "actions which should be taken"

| Yes, no one can believe it, but she did ignore the warning. |

She should have been fired years ago. She is in over her head.

| 4. We KNOW she DIDN'T ignore the warning... |
|
We have documentary evidence that she passed the warning on to Ashcroft. And we would expect at least such a cover-your-ass move from any bureaucrat with even limited experience.
It's not that she IGNORED the warning, it's that she didn't act proactively to protect the nation.

Karen Hughes had a stock answer to any question she couldn't answer when Bush was governor. "I think the people of Texas know 'x'." You ask "Did Bush destroy the budget surplus in Texas?" she would answer "I think the people of Texas know that Bush did not destroy the budget surplus in Texas."
BushCo uses this technique constantly, and now they have personalized it. "Do you really think I would 'x'?" Others have used that same structure--I've gone blank, but I heard Rumsfield doing it recently on something.
Just more of the same. No point in even talking to these idiots anymore, they are less likely to tell the truth than a three year old with his hand in the cookie jar.
