THE Frieze Art Fair is in full swing across London from today. It’s great fun, as long as you don’t take it too seriously. Treat it like some glamorous jumble sale and enjoy a jolly good rummage through the contemporary art scene.

1) The artist says it is art.
2) Experts agree that it is art.
3) And I can never remember this one....but no matter, it meets the most important of the 3.
