Will Al Qaeda attack near the elections?

I'm convinced that Bush will do anything to stay in power. We now have the threat of war with Iran, wratcheting up just as the Foley thing happens and the Repug Congress lurches toward election day disaster. Why was I thinking that Bush paid the North Koreans to do their little, very little, nuke test? It wouldn't surprise me to see him try to "postpone" the elections. Givnign the public time to get over the Foley stuff.


Here's Bush near election day:

Good Evening: Our sources indicate that there is a grave threat from Al Qaeda at present. I have always held that they hate us for our freedoms and that is why election time is such a dangerous one--its what freedoms all about. It is therefore, in the interest of public safety, that I am going to postpone the elections until the current crisis blows over....

then its just a matter of keeping a perpetual crisis.

Gee, people it looks like we've almost grown to expect some startling event to usher in the elections! Given our national history, maybe we should. Of course to admit this is to admit that events are being manipulated for political advantage, OH MY!
Let's not forget where this October surprise stuff got started: with none other than Bush sr. working behind the scenes to make sure that the Iranian hostages weren't released until his boy Ronnie Raygun was elected.
I agree that this terrorism thing is bogus. Most of the perps turn uot to be affiliated in some way with the security apparatus wether its in Madrid, London, the Phillipines or the usofa.
So when and if we are treated to another "AL Queda" attack against our freedoms during this hallowed election season think about the results and who benefits and get ready to forfeit another layer of your freedom and liberty to the authorities who are only there to protect us citizens from those who "hate our freedom".
