1. I've seen Melanie Sloan before and I'm impressed
She won't put up with a bunch of shit from the admin or congress and if the FBI tries to stall this investigation until after the election, she can be depended on to speak up. BTW, the first time I saw her she was condemning the Dem who stuffed the money in his freezer, so I don't think she's as partisan as CNN makes her out to be.

4. She's pretty fair
She'd go after any democrat who was corrupt just as hard, and has said as much on Franken's show.

2. This is a BEAUTIFUL THING,
Melanie Sloan takes the FBI to the woodshed, I ABSOLUTELY LUV IT, the MEN in power, can get a good lesson from this lady, THE FBI FUCKING LIED (PERIOD) Its as easy as that, and pretty easy to say!

Remaining silent about secret vote counting machines, has allowed the S-elections, of the kind of people, into our government, that would cover up, for a Child Predator. UN-FUCKING-BELIEVABLE!!!

K&R........ Go Melanie .........

3. Yep, and I know why
or I have a pretty good idea why...

The FBI wants their DNA database and other police state measures in the worst way.

The Children's Safety Act was a big part of that.
Who was sponsoring it?

Why, Mark Foley was...

sink him to early and they sink themselves:

Nonoffending family members are also impacted. In Georgia, Kentucky, and Iowa, families not only are divided but many are forced to move due to the wildfire passage of legislation throughout the country which restricts where a registered sex offender can live. Collateral damage of fear gone postal.

Foley plays on. Yet, as we now know, the dam is bursting a few leaks.

Rumor about Foley is out there.

Sensenbrenner, the Foley 18, and the Big Three Parents continue to pound the media circuit.

"Protect the Children" is the battlecry.

The Children's Safety Act has morphed into the Adam Walsh Act and John Walsh will not let anyone forget that fact.

The AWA is brought before the Senate again, May 2006.

Elected officials in the Senate are hesitant. Ted Kennedy proclaims dismay but votes for the passage anyway:

-------------------------------------------------------------
It is clear that the Republican leadership will do anything to stop our hate crimes bill. I don't think it is right to delay consideration of the Senate bill on sex offenders, so the battle on hate crimes must continue. Given today's objections, let's move ahead on S. 1086.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

As long as the dismay is recorded, I guess it's okay to cave and give up those citizens who dart through daily hate like raindrops fallin' on their heads.

Meanwhile, CREW provides the FBI with copies of Foley's emails.

The FBI takes no action.

The Predator Bandwagon has lobbied successfully.

The Senate passes the AWA and sends the bill back to the House.

The Foley 18 ask for Hastert to suspend the rules to allow quick passage of the AWA....in time for the 25th anniversary of Adam's death.

What the press never reported is numerous fax messages jam Hastert's office, demanding the Speaker not suspend the rules.

6. Melanie Sloan is very firm, and not going to be intimidated.
Glad she gave so much information to the interviewer, so they could check it.

As she said, they weren't holding back until right before the election, as they gave it to three different offices at the F.B.I., and this was months ago. They've had MORE than enough time to check it all out.

Also, she made it clear the real information was NOT redacted at the time she delivered the e-mails. Glad she got it all out, on tape, during the interview.

Hope her group wins. Everyone should know the FBI has lied.

7. Wha'? Wha'? Wha'? The FBI ignoring concerns?
Sheesh, just like they ignored the warnings from within their own government about "TERRORIST THREATS."

Surely you must be mistaken, the FBI would never ignore information even to them to investigate....

CREW is sort of the left's Judical Watch. They both want to expose corruption in our government, and it doesn't matter what your party's affiliation may be.
I didn't much care for JW because of the focus on everything Clinton, but they did show me that they were non-partisan after Mad king Boy George seized office. When they showed up during the trials taking place in Florida 2000, I became extremely concerned and suspicious. However, they proved they were trying to find out the truth, of course that could be debated. I'm not exactly sure what their intentions were at the time.
They also filed FOIA to get access to the Dick & Kenny Boy's energy records back in 2001.

Way to go Melanie :applause:
