How is the spin going for Bush on tv, regarding NK?

I've been avoiding watching the cable channels for a last week or so (partly because I could give shit what they say, and because I'd rather get my news from the internet.) But because of North Korea's nuclear test, I'm wondering if the predicted conventional wisdom of this event helping Bush by triggering a "fear factor" (not the show) among the public would give Bush and Republicans a bump in the polls. Also, I can see from CNN's website that Foley hasn't gone off the radar entirely, so I'm wondering if that's true of the MSM in general. Also, how are the talking-heads doing? Are the Republicans out there blaming Clinton in full force? How are OUR talking-heads doing?
