Fox News mislabels party affiliations AGAIN
Entirely predictable, unfortunately. More fine work from a Republican "news" agency:

By next month people who watch Fox won't know who they are voting for.

3. That is an interesting new tactic they are trying out.
And I'm sure they will succeed in fooling some people to some extent. But I hope the damage to their credibility is greater than any benefit the republicans gain from this.

This is just ridiculous as a propaganda tactic.

6. LOL

They never fail to amaze. Are they actually working over there at FauxNews? I mean are they WORKING...to make the information accurate that they pump into millions of living rooms. How hard can it be to verify whether a dude is a "D" or an "R"?

I can't tell if FauxNews is mostly propagandists or just sloppy. Sure, they are propagandists, but some of this shit doesn't really matter much, it's just shoddy journalism.

I can't remember any station doing this ONCE, let alone twice within a week. Sure, no doubt over the 50 year history of CBS or whatever channel you like they probably botched something, but Faux has taken incompetence and put it on the fast track.

They seem to combine blatant propaganda with haplessly absurd incompetence. Supposedly, in the marketplace companies that produce shoddy products vanish...if the market economy is worth its salt then we can only hope FauxNews goes the way of the DodoBird.

If the Democrat is in the lead, far ahead of the Republican candidate- and they label the Democrat a Republican...

I mean- wouldn't this only hurt Chafee? Fox's viewers are Republicans, after all.

26. Here's why. So they can show they're little misinformation campaign, umm
I mean, mistakes, are not isolated to only Democrats!!

FAUX: See! We made a mistake with a Republican. So nobody can accuse of only misidentifying Democrats.

However, look the hell who they chose:

Lincoln Chafee.......a moderate who votes against the idiot in the White House most of the time. So of course they hate him.

They may be fooling some people, but not everyone.

In this most recent example it seems to me that if the Repubs think that the Democrat is losing then they might get a bit complacent. There is already fear in the party that Repub voters might stay home on election day. Does a stunt like this help them? Am I missing something?

42. Maybe they just need a decent proofreader
I work near their offices on 48th street and 6th Avenue.
The Fox news ticker that they have on the building constantly is full of typos.
Constantly.
And then they stay up for a day or two at a time without ever being fixed.

I'm inclined to think that this recent stuff is intentional though, but it's hard to say for sure.
