jr isn't taking much credit for the election in Iraq
I don't believe he has said a word about it.

1. Think he's saving the fantastic news for the SOTU address?
I don't think so.

6. Sure they want us to believe that until we have all forgotten that it ever
happened.

8. I think you're right. Last I heard, it didn't turn out like Shrub
wanted it to. You can be sure they already have a very good feeling what the real results are going to be, and since they're ignoring them, it must be bad news!

9. The Fadhila Party could leave the UIA for Allawi
That is 20 seats. Allawi had joined up with the Sunnis to create a large joint block which is now 85 seats.

The UIA has 128 seats, and could lose the Fadhila Party to Allawi. That would make it 108 seats for the UIA and 105 seats for Maram led by Allawi.

That will set up a big fight for the Kurds and which of the two main blocks wins over the Kurds gets to be PM.

So, basically everything is up in the air.
