Olbermann on Drudge and O'Reilly: "...pinheads."
Regarding their asinine remarks about Foley and the pages, giving them a co-"worst person in the world."

1. That's a pretty accurate description of the two
It needs a prefix like "idiotic" or "stupid" though to make it complete.

2. Excuses excuses excuses
Edited on Mon Oct-02-06 09:44 PM by Mz Pip
The spin on this has been so facinating. Some true conservatives are honestly calling for heads to roll. The Bush bots are just making excuses.

I think this event separates the true honest conservatives from the whores. Not too many true honest conservative out there it seems.

Bay Buchanan was outraged by Foley and any possible cover up. Maybe a couple of others but the rest of the crew? Making excuses, excuses, excuses.

It's all about power and keeping it so we can continue our immoral war and bash gay people.

5. Those "true conservatives" calling for Hastert to resign...
David Bossie?

That guy leaves a trail of slime behind him.

Michael Reagan?

Who's voice got stuck in permanent whine when he and Ron Reagan Jr were kids?

7. I don't know who
David Bossie is.

Michael Reagan. Hmm. Maybe he's doing some squirming but it would be really bad PR for him to come out and defend or make excused for Foley. If this ends up going really bad for the Repugs then it would be much better for a "rreagan" to err on the side of righteousness than on the side of excuses. I doubt he's happy about having to do so though. It must be a stick your finger in the wind kind of thing.

10. Another example of a RWer actually taking an honest position on this:

Though I disagree with just about everything else this person has said or thought.

11. Surprisingly, even Cokie Roberts..
... issued the first commentary I've ever heard on NPR that did not include at least a backhand slap at Dems. When the interviewer asked her if this could "backfire" on Dems, she said she didnt see how, unless one of them was directly involved.

There's nobody left on the bush** bandwagon but the true believers. Bush could eat a live baby on TV and they wouldn't change. No real reason to worry about them, as long as they have a constant supply of tissues to wipe the drool off their chins.
