He tries to wrap it up in flowery speech ("he's an optimist" and "he's an idealist") but the more Larry King asks him why Bush continued to deny an insurgency or defended Rumsfailed, the more flowery terms Woodward has to think of that really mean DELUSIONAL.

10. UPDATE: Googled -- Woodward "Bush is delusional" -- and got

several hits. I don't have time to check them out tonight. Some hits are bloggers who happened to say it in their blog in various articles on Woodward's works.

Not sure he said it specifically until the Larry King transcript is released.

that Busholini had a blank stare and talked in some strange lanquage for a few minutes. Not many people questioned that. Maybe it was a stroke.
