George Bush 41 with Prime Minister of Japan

2. The one I saw before was...

a color pic that was taken right as about to unload in the guy's lap. I guess it caused quite a rukus because the secret service though it was some kind of poisoning or chemical attack.

At least I think I do--the one I'm thinking of had bush in full puke mode. It appeared in an issue of Spy Magazine shortly after. (1992 - 1994, somewhere in there?)

The Prime Minister had a real concerned look on his face and yes, Bush was about to give the initial WHOOOOAAAAA. I about laughed my butt off when I first saw it.
