ratio in GD just a few minutes ago. I am unhappy at the loungification of GD of late.

4. Yes, and before visiting GD, too.
Some great threads in GD, but before I enter it, I always consider how much time I have to wade through the piles of nonsense first. For every significant thread in GD, I have to wade through a dozen conspiracy theories, Dem-bashings, and self-pontifications. Sometimes it's worth it, but not on a tight schedule. And often I decide not to add to the flotsam.
