Did anyone hear Kyra Phillps' bantering....LOL!

...coming through on CNN (in the background), during Bush's speech in NOLA?

I don't know what just happened, but I could clearly hear CNN anchor
Kyra Phillips talking with a co-worker. Her voice drowned out the
pResident's voice.

Her co-worker discussed how she brought a new boyfriend home and
that her family liked him. The co-worker said, "Yeah, my mom
got a good vibe....and so did my brother."

Kyra responded by saying, "You gotta get the brothers' approval..."
and then she made a remark about having to take care of her own brother.

Then she said, "Oh, he's a great guy. He's got three kids, but his
wife is SUCH a CONTROL FREAK...UGGGG!"

Then, Daryn Kagan's voice interrupted, and then the exchange was over.

Also hilarious--was that the exchange between co-worker and Kyra sounded
like it was in a bathroom. I could hear water running and paper towel
machines going.

I wish Ms. Phillips plenty of luck at the next family gathering. Can you
imagine saying something like that about your SIL, while the entire nation
hears it? :) :rofl:

Too funny. I feel like Mrs. Kravitz from "Bewitched."

...at first, I thought the female voice was a protester.

The only reason I was listening to him, in the first place--is because
I hoped to see someone stand up and start screaming at him.

Too bad it was only Ms. Phillips.

I'd like to see Junior get his verbal just desserts. There are hundreds
of thousands of NOLA residents who are unhappy with the man. I hope
someone has the courage to speak out.

For now...we get to listen the the grind of Kyra Phillips' family dynamics. ;)

Frank Drebin left his mic on and went to the bathroom, and a whole auditorium (and the Queen of England) were treated to the sounds of him urinating, singing and farting. Just classic.
