Seriously. She was beyond proud.

The funny part was when she referred to herself as "a reporter."

15. Rita is stuck outside the D.A.'s press conference right now.

At the beginning of it, the fire alarm buzzer went off, and MSRNC had to switch away outside the building to Rita. She was just FROTHING that "an incredible scene" was going on behind her, that the employees and other occupants were being evacuated. She told the cameraman to "shoot over my shoulder." When the questions resumed, the reporters identified themselves by network, a couple of different ones from Faux, but NOT Rita. Hmmm. But it looks like Dan ABRAMS likes her.

I almost spit out my cereal this morning when I saw Rita Cosby, looking more pathetic than Karr ("Talk to me, Karr, talk to meeee..!!"), in the blown-up front-cover image in my daily paper.

Yes, the picture is even funnier in large-size, in print, spread out all over a tabloid's front page.
