Propaganda advertising on local bank sign

Went by bank in Paris, TX today (Lamar National Bank, for those interested) and on the crawling thing it said something to the effect:"We have cold air and Fox News"...
Wouldn't it have just been easier to say we have cold air, but it is displaced by hot air?
